The New Sovereign Iraq Strikes Out Against Terror

I thought we left Iraq on Monday?! Turns out things are pretty much the same there with insurgency attacks and US military counter-attacks. I haven't really said much about the handover but I think this story pretty much sums it up. Nothing has changed other than the paperwork.
